BOTANY

Botany department was established in June 2012 with two spacious, well ventilated & illuminated labs, one faculty room & one museum to keep preserved class work material, models & specimen jars. Necessary equipments add grace to the department which facilitate practical part of curriculum. The students & faculty make use of power point slides with LCD Projectors for teaching learning process. Young scholars perusing Botany at UG – level visit regularly to collect class work material from the surrounding area which is quite rich in biodiversity & medicinal plants. At present U.G.C. CBCS annual pattern is effective from July 2018 onwards
